A graduate of IUAV in 2006 in Industrial Design, Giovanni Crosera (*1980, San Donà di Piave) received his PhD in Design Sciences with specialisation in “Industrial Design and Digital Fabrication” in 2010 and his Master’s degree in “Architecture of the Ship and Yacht” in 2012.
He has collaborated with leading firms in design and yacht area, and currently runs his own design studio in San Donà di Piave (Venice) dealing with products, furniture, yachts, automation and professional equipment.
His works, characterised by the swing between cutting-edge technological research and “basic” design solutions, have earned him severals awards including Red Dot Design Award, DME Award, Good Design Award, BigSEE AWARD, FX Design Award, IF Design Award, ADI Design Index.
